All massage sessions are customized to meet your individual needs whether it be pain management, muscle tension, or simply relaxation. Several different modalities and techniques such as Swedish massage, deep-tissue massage, trigger point therapy, polarity therapy, and stretching can all be integrated into the massage.
The massage table features an ergonomic face cradle to ease pressure on the sinuses, and adjustable heat settings for increased comfort. Soft lighting and soothing music are used to increase relaxation during your session. Specially formulated essential oils can be used during your massage or unscented oils are also available if you are sensitive to smells.
